오늘(4/7/2023) 올라온 따끈한 리스팅 No showing because property has tenant currently, but lease will be terminated on end of Apr. so, property is ready for close in 30 days. I am not sure if tenant cooperate for showing or not. But it is leased around a years ago, condition was very good. So, if someone try to open Escrow without showing, it is good opportunity for CalHFA assistance program. Seller can accept offer this weekend, and seller can open Escrow Mon morning, so, not to late interest lock for CalHFA program. Buyer can try see the property after open Escrow. |
